Authorities in the 64 Arietis system have confirmed that station services at Weyn Dock have been suspended due to ongoing technical issues at the starport. The announcement came within an hour of a similar statement from 49 Arietis, where it was confirmed that station services had also been suspended at Gaiman Dock. Shipyards at both starports are still understood to be accessible.

Meanwhile, the Arawere system has become the latest to be affected by the mysterious malfunctions, with Korolyov Hub experiencing similar issues to those plaguing starports in Warkushanui, 49 Arietis, 64 Arietis, Varati, Ngobe, Iapodes and Sol.

Technical teams at the affected starports are working around the clock to determine the cause of the malfunctions, and scientists across the galaxy, including those of the Canonn Interstellar Research Group, are desperately trying to find a solution to the problem, but so far no progress has been made.

In a stroke of rare genius, i've gone to one of these systems to check it out.

Slight lack of planning on my part: I don't have enough fuel to get back out, and refuelling is one of the services that isn't working. So for the moment I can move around the system, but can't go anywhere else. Unless I buy another ship (just for the fuel!). I do actually want to upgrade my current ship, but I can't strip it before selling it so an upgrade right now is likely to be an expensive proposition. Annoyingly I was going to buy a fuel scoop, but I didn't because I wanted the cargo space.

Hmmm. I guess is leave it until tomorrow and see if the other services start working again, and if not abandon that ship for now and buy a cheapie to play with for a few days until things are sorted?

I don't think the fuel rats would be interested, since I am not completely out of fuel. I just can't jump any more!

Just as well i'm done for the night, really. Have they tried turning it off and on again?
