Horizons Station PIT maneuver

So, like many Commanders out there, I have become tired of the fat wallowing Baluga scows elbowing their way around the station and leaving me with the fine. Tried something that almost worked and with a little bit of practice should make for good sport at low cost. Was being shoved aside by one of the said scows and had had enough. We were close to the mail slot and he had shoved me aside (like normal) and was pulling ahead. Having had enough I pushed the HOTAS full forward on my "A" rated 'Conda and started pushing his sideways. Had I rolled over instead of just using the yaw I might have succeeded in jamming him sideways in the slot in a position from which I could simply back up from and await his destruction. As it was I almost had him bound up. Small fine for wreckless flying is worth watching the Beluga scow being spread all over the station. Working on perfecting the method. I get enough of the crappy drivers in real life, I'm going to take it out on the pushy belugas if possible. Anyone else thought of/tried this?

Hi Cutter Pilot here

I am sick of theses NPC Idiots trying to force there way in / Out of stations ASIF They have the right of way !!
I have forced them to Miss the slot & get stuck in the grill outside the station Not sure about the ones that have got in my way inside the stations
I Pay the 200Cr fine but as i am flying the larger ship they should be getting out of my way in the first place !!

I have only had one near miss with a CMDR Piloting a Beluga

No but a good way to get your own back on them Belugas

It is possible to fly a Python out through the Green lighted side of the slot and have a Cobra come in on the same side.
Happened today. Not an NPC a real player. Thinking that you come into a spacestation on the RED side.
I had nowhere to go but hit the floor of the exit and the cobra went over me. Luckly its possible.

Oh well. only a 200CR fine and damage to my bright white paintwork.

I love my Python too. I don't fly it as much as I used to, but I have hovered my thumb over the "deploy hardpoints" button with the finger on the trigger looking at the rear end of a Beluga. I can hear it now..."Sir, the Python we just muscled aside just deployed hard points! Sir, he's 100m behind and locking a rail gun on u......" Almost worth it.

They are a threat to safe station traffic. Almost as bad as if they were carrying nukes.

Radiological alarm!
