Station Renaming

Issue Tracker

I haven't been able to rename my Coriolis since I built it on March 10th or so. Frontier took my 5K ARX but renaming it (AFTER the Approved comes up) just results in a "working" blue circle and then nothing happens. It can't even be randomly renamed. I renamed a smaller outpost in the same system just fine. Posted that issue, tried other ways of contacting, so I'm here.

Does anyone ELSE still have trouble renaming stations? Is there another way to contact support and get a response than the Issues tracker?

Yes, you could submit an actual support ticket - the issue tracker may (or may not) get the bug fixed, but it won't get you a reply from a human.

Yes indeed, a support ticket is the only option here.

Also, @Scott Roberts: if you're (quite understandably) a bit hesitant to supply your account info on some random website at a formcrafts.com domain (seriously FD, WTH??

Thank you very much, I didn't know that support method existed. Been playing this game since 2018, this is the first time I was looking for support (and found issues instead). Where should I have seen it that I missed? I feel like such a noob.

Nowhere, other than here, I guess.
I started a year after you and back then I found it really hard to work out how to submit a support ticket, even after I knew it was possible. It was almost as if they had deliberately made it hard. It's a little less bad now, but I think you still have to know where to look.
