It’s so easy to pick up a pad loitering fine whilst flying into an attacked station and avoiding debris. Why isn’t this type of fine removed or made possible to pay it off in the attacked station?

Yep, services for paying these off need to be available at attacked stations.
Just spent 20 minutes looking for a place where I can pay this stupid fine, from some reason INARA worked while ingame map not.
Anyway...how I got this fine? I overlooked number of pad and atempt to land on different one. As soon as loitering message appear I begun with Robin Hood Evasion Protocol. Sadly it was too late.
What I think about this is quite clear. Would it be so hard to add something like:
Is ship over someone elses pad > YES > Is that ship moving so it looks like its there only temporarily, not blocking that pad on purpose > YES > Wait with fine as theres 30s limit but you are getting fine in 5s.
With heavier slower ship theres no way how to remove yourself in time no matter how hard you try.
All these small things are more than annoying and gives me such "not polished" game feeling. Unfortunate.

Temperatures greater then the coronal heat of a star are no reason to use excessive speed while docking, criminal scum!
You will only get a speeding fine if you collided with another ship. You are lucky you didn't kill it as a result of your dangerous flying. Please rescue safely.

Focus on Facta-bulous. It never happend to you that you flying towards your landing pad too low so you are considered trying to land on such pad? Without any thinngs that didnt happen I simply thing that no matter what this is one of very annoying things and honestly I dont understand why im fined when I have 25 more seconds to move my ass away from that place. And all those other small fines are the same. Annoying and nothing else, well at least its like police in real life, useless and annoying.But Im trying to understand what real issue is, I spent as much time doing different stuff around, watching videos, googling for some info so I dont focus at game at all. And Im starting to see why that is
Thing is that those damn flight dispatchers simply dont know what human approach is, they dont care if you eating in cocpit, sleeping, reading, hurrying. All they do is giving fines without showing any fatigue. It feels like they are not even humans or something. Like its only thing they can do. Sometimes Im so naive that I even open Comms trying to contact them and explain how messy situation happend and why...but nothing.
