Station Responses when using Docking Computer bugged?

So there's no longer a bug section in the forum and before raising an actual bug report I was wondering if anybody else is getting this.

Pre-req: Advanced Docking Computer installed (never tried the standard one so not sure if it behaves differently)
  1. Request Docking Clearance
  2. Station accepts and assigns a docking pad to me (blue text in middle of HUD)
  3. (optional) Wait for a while cruising near the station
  4. Throttle down to zero to engage the docking computer
  5. Station sends audio : "Docking Request granted, proceed to pad XX" (or words to that effect)
  6. Station sends audio : "Automated docking in progress" (or words to that effect)
  7. Automated docking proceeds..
I would -expect- point (5) to happen as part of point (2), which is what happens when there's no ADC installed.

If anyone can confirm I'll make a video and create a bug report.

Yes it's bugged. I made a similar thread yesterday and got pointed to a report in the Issue Tracker (although I had already made my own report as the Issue Tracker search didn't turn up the first one for me).

Station Announcements out of order

Has anyone else noticed this? I'm really seeking assurance that it's not a problem at my end (PC). The station announcements don't fit with docking computer action. This has been wrong before, was fixed until the last update, then went wrong again. I've logged in the Issue Tracker here but...

This is an old bug which had been fixed once, which doesn't give confidence in configuration management. :-(

It's true, but if you're not throttled down you haven't turned the ship over to flight control. You therefore haven't sent automated docking request although you have the DC engaged.

Sure, but I still expect (5) to occur before throttling down. (6), rather obviously, should only occur after throttling down and the automated docking system takes over.
