Station still in "Deployment" mode after the tick - should I submit a support ticket?

I met all the build requirements early last week. Station is still not in full operational status after the tick. The FAQ from the Devs about the Colonisation pause seemed to indicate that the pause would not prevent existing constructions from progressing, only freezing new claims.

What do I do?

I'd like to start doing BGS things in my system but it's nearly impossible to move the needle when there are no station services, no mission board, no passenger missions, etc.

Anyone know if this is "working as intended" (FDEV's FAQ is vague and they never clarified the questions I asked in the thread) or should I submit a support ticket?

I completed my claim that was put before the freeze. Its stuck at 100% and nothing happened
the "station" dissapeared from the system map

My outpost is the same, still in deployment mode even though it was completed last weekend, I can still build new stuff and res sites appeared after the tick yesterday.

Update: It seems to have resolved itself so I guess this thread can be closed unless others want to use it to signal boost similar situations for themselves.
