Stations and expansion (please help)

So you all probably know of the station called Robigo Mines (It's in Robigo, outside the civilisation bubble). Now I'd love to see this flourish into a full star-port, but the thing is, is that possible? If I am able to help the station expand, how do I do it. I need a bit of insight into this because I've never seen any threads/topics on this before

Not possible. Yesterday in the livestream Laurence actually mentioned they might eventually get there, but dont count on that happening this year.
