Yep

HIP 61928 - T3 Orbit "Creamer Town" is still under construction. Same with a bunch of other CMDRs in my neighborhood.

Construction crews still working on change orders and punch list items.

Here and there. One of mine doesn't show as under deployment any more, but it also hasn't had its associated population show up and doesn't count towards the "total constructions complete" count for the system.

Still under deployment :mad: I suspect I'll have to wait until the Thursday tick?

I can't build my Coriolis until they're operational because I don't have enough of the yellow construction points

I haven’t seen a payment for the colony I built during the first week of colonization since Mar 20th. No issues yet for deployment delays though.
