Stations for flight training an fun

I'm looking for some stations to practice some manoeuvering on small space. Therefor I'm looking for stations with gaps or sort of caves, maybe even tunnels like in the CQC videos (I've never been able to try in CQC as there are too few players)
I'm looking to train with small fighters (Viper/Eagle class or ship launched fighters), with and without flight assist. So the more winding the better.
Also any station which is a pleasure to fly around would be fine too. Maybe stations with beautiful backround or just beautiful stations. But it has to stay outside the landing area because of landing permission timeout. Also as for the lack of rotation outposts would be better.
Does anyone know such places?

If you want tunnels, you need to go to the CQC stations that in the main-game. :D

These are usual "What treats do you carry" pirates, so in order to avoid them don't carry any treats :)

One exception is Military Installations (like the one in LFT 926) which feature restricted areas.
