Stations Occupied by a Specific Minor Faction

Hello!

Relatively new player here.

I like to support certain minor factions and play at that level (power play is overwhelming at the moment for me...). I noticed that a faction can control stations in separate systems.

Is there a way to see (in game or on the internet) what stations a specific minor faction belongs to(controlling or not)?

Welcome to the game. It's more the other way around... stations belong to factions, not factions to stations.

Typically a minor faction starts with a single station then expands into neighbouring ones. The controlling faction can change through wars, civil wars, expansions, and elections. All this is controlled by how much "influence" a faction has within a system relative to the "influence" other factions have. Influence is changed by players interacting with the background sim by performing missions, fighting in combat zones, and so on. Oh and to address your question directly... no, to find out what stations a faction owns you have to check them out individually... either in person or on the galaxy & system maps.

Thanks Sandmann!

I figured that was the case. just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something simple.
Gives more of a reason to continue exploring neighboring star systems...
