My home is a system with multiple stations. One coriolus and a couple outpost stations. They all offer outfitting. None of them have any available items for any part of the any ship i've docked there with. Is this something that happens normally? I can't decide if this is a bug or if it's intentional or some kind of side-effect of the simulation. the system isn't in any kind of upheaval or war. So I'm not sure how the simulation could be purposely causing it. So yea, just wondering if i should submit a ticket that will get lost in the sea of tickets or if this is just normal behavior.

Pretty common from my exploring around. Some systems have a lot to offer, some have very limited items in the outfitting inventory. EDIT to add> Outfitting inventories do rotate around as well as shipyards. May not see an item one day but the next day it could be there. I know this first hand because I was writing down where to find certain items when I had the money. I returned only to find they no longer carried it.
