It would be nice to still be able to progress after reaching Elite status in a given field. How about have adornments to the Elite status, like the oak leaf cluster on military decorations and that sort of thing, possibly 50 or 100% more work to be done, from Elite, but it wopuld be nice having something to aim at and still eventually achieve - and hopefully relatively easy to code.
Status: Elite...... with Oak leaf cluster ......and diamonds!
