Pulling online support and no actual bug fixes or good additions to Zoo Tycoon a little over a year after release is totally unacceptable to the fans that thought this game would be good. Taking the money and running from supporting it less then 2 years after release is pathetic and I wont be purchasing any of your other games. I also advise others that see this do the same, this developer doesnt care about supporting the games they create, only about hitting and running once sells drop. Stay away from this garbage...you'd be wise to support better developers like the upcoming SCREAM RIDE that will be so much better then this.

Blame microsoft for pulling support, not the developer, Frontier.
It is quite evident that you have no idea how this business works, publisher (Microsoft) provides finances whilst the developer (Frontier) uses finances to develop and support, once the finances dry up so does the development and support.
Knowledge is power, young one.
