Stealth PVP sidewinder for fun test.

im going to put this together over the weekend and starting with a sidewinder CMDR work my way through all the ships I can to see how big a ship I can kill with this.
Not sure about the gimbled pulses so that might change..

thoughts? How much above its weight can this thing punch? I'll be testing against expert and below CMDRS. Whatever rank I see first.

How far above its weight can it punch ? In PvP ? Not very far I would say. Other Sideys, Eagles and Adders shouldn't be too much of a threat but Vipers, Cobras and DB Scouts will start giving you a very hard time. Your small hardpoints will have a 33% damage penalty against their hulls and with two class 2 weapons they will be able to kill you in seconds if they manage to get you in their sights.

Also, I wouldn't recommend mirrored armor for PvP. Many PvPers rely on kinetic-heavy builds so that they can have 4 pips in sys at all time and still fire their weapons continuously. Personally I prefer to use the standard armor (from lightweight to military grade) because you can never truly predict what weapons your opponents will use.

Finally, regarding your future ships, the DB Scout is a very good stealth fighter (maybe even the best since anything bigger is relatively easy to aim at even without a lock). Naturally heat efficient thanks to its oversized powerplant, it also has a comparatively strong hull for its size and is both fast and nimble. Perfect for staying out of your enemies' sights.
