It's probably well documented but I was trying to put out the fires in a Biology(?) type settlement and in the large building where you have the machines that take and process the samples, just close to the L shaped junction, there is usually a switch for the atmosphere. When I got closer to it, it vanished. Stepped away, it reappeared. Well, just in case anybody is struggling, if you're persistent, you don't need to see it, at a certain place, the indication appears and you can activate/deactivate it. Where do they keep the list of known bus these days, anyway?

Was doing the same in a military settlement yesterday - except the switch was there and made them right noises but didn’t put out the fires. Couldn’t complete the mission as a result. Another issue with the past two of these missions all the lockers were empty.

Yes, I had that too. And the disappearing light from flashlight when you are in certain buildings of a settlement which are lit by emergency lights.

Yes, I came across the same situation today, but the switch would not respond at all, visible or invisible. Those outdoor emergency shut-off cabinets can be tricky to find.

I lost my flashlight after messing about with the mav suit skins/helmets - switched it to something else and it works now.

I just had the beam of light disappear while turning around... there seem to be some collision with lighting/dark areas in some settlement buildings.
