For anyone familiar with Civilization games, you'd know these games have hundreds of achievements, and these achievements require different playthroughs with different settings.
This results in a lot of variation in playthroughs and people starting new scenarios with a set goal in mind.
PZ goes for a very laid back status with its achievements, and in my opinion they could have better uses. I think the achievements should challenge to make specific combinations and game decisions, which would encourage people to try new playthroughs. Examples:
1. High Himalayas - make a Taiga zoo in Asia with a Snow leopard, FBB and HBB
2. Diggin the Namib - make a desert zoo in Africa with Meerkat, Gemsbok and Springbok
3. Down for maintenance - turn a yearly profit in a franchise zoo while having no mechsnics in the zoo
4. Endangerers - make a zoo with only endangered animals
They tried this a bit with community challenges, but I think steam achievements are much more accessible for casual players.
What do you think of this idea? What achievements in your opinion could be added?
