Steam Achievements

27 games isn't much of a sample. I'm guessing you've just bought the major titles that you're interested in?
I've got 459 games in my library, 266 have achievements.

I've more than 150 games myself.
Some of them are huge titles but not all of them... Some of my installed games Arma 3, Age of Empire 2, Banished, Cities:Skyline, Conan Exiles, Counter Strike, Crusaders King II, Day of the Tentacles, Divinity: Original Sin 2, Factorio, Golf with your friends, Hotline Miami, Mount & Blade, Playerunkown's Battlegrounds, RimWorld, Squad, Subnautica, Total war: Attila.

You bought ton of crap maybe on sale... Most new games have achievements. Also Jurassic World Evolution would be a big title. So yeah, this game is guaranteed to have Steam achievements.
