Hello FD!

I think it would be a nice idea to allow the community to create skins for you using Steam community workshop.

Pros:

> Less work necessary for creating skins
> Many more and varied ideas for skins
> (perhaps) lowered prices and skin trading like CS:GO?

Cons:

> Having to deal with the Steam community's bad skins; sifting through low-effort creations
> More community anger over nonsense

Seems worth it to me. Maybe? Yes?

the game dont work like that, every paint job in the game now is programed into the game, not a dlc , so for that to happen, FD would have to program thosands of paint jobs

I don't know what you're talking about? Every paint job is in your game, and to equip them you need to buy them. It's possible to mod it, IIRC, but no one else will be able to see the paint job.

If Frontier selects a few skins every so often, they could add them into the game as every other one has. They've done it before.

i'd like to see it as a contest so that people who are good at drawing unlike my awesome stick figure can create something we can enjoy in game and then developers can create the skin same way current ones created. however i dont think they will give these creations for free since skins are extra way to milk cash even after selling full priced game and pass. so first sentence might be possible.
