Steam Integration

Dear All, it's a while i'm not back to the game and i really would like to play today.

Since I've learned that steam now has elite in his game list i would like to know if it's possible to register my atual copy (purchased as a digital download) into my steam library.

I don't want to purchase another copy just to have my preferred PC game on my preferred gaming Platform.

Hope to have some clue from you all.

You can request a steam key for elite

google>frontier store> login> go to account> Partner keys> Login through steam

Appart from the interface and the community management (friends and such), none.
Also, redeeming your steam key means that the game will be tied to Steam and Valve will now take a significant fee over every transaction you make for the related Elite account in the future. Even if you go to ED store directly. I like Steam, really, but I'd rather have FD get all the bucks in that case.

OK. So now i have a steam key. but i have no idea how to get Steam to accept it. Where do i put the steam key to get steam to recognize and allow me to download it from Steam?

At the top left where it says: Steam, View, Friends, Games, Help. Hover over games, then click Activate a product on Steam then follow the steps it says

The steam version will

-Not delete your Reshade or any other graphics related dll injectors during an update.
-Do updates without loading the launcher.
