Selam. Elite dijital ürünleri steam üzerinden dolar olarak satılmakta. Steam türk lirası olarak satış sunmakta. Frontier olarak steam satış politikaları üzerinden türk lirası olarak satış yapabilirmi. Bir çok dijital ürün almak istiyoruz fakat döviz kuru çok pahalı.

Hello. Elite digital products are sold in dollars over steam. Steam offers sales in Turkish lira. As Frontier, we can sell as Turkish lira through our steam sales policies. We want to buy a lot of digital products, but the exchange rate is very expensive.

Hi,

Turkey is a weird country when it comes to correlation between the socio-economic status and spendings. Don't just look at the numbers and think you understand the Turkish gamers. They are willing to pay relatively high amounts of money, regardless of their purchasing power.

In the face of the recent events, the USD/TRY parity has risen to ridiculous levels that don't really reflect the true worth of our money. (just google "usa turkey andrew brunson crisis") The parity is around 5,15 right now, but the actual level is way below than that. (less than half of it). Therefore you can't get any customer to pay for your expensive game no matter how much they like the game. All the people I talk to, all the people that I have shown the game to; without exception waiting for a discount to come along to buy the game because they simply cannot afford it.

I don't know much about your financial expectations but let me put it into perspective. You sell the game around US$50, right? At the current GBP/TRY rate, it's around 270 TRY. But it's NOWHERE NEAR the actual value. For 270 TRY you can eat for A WHOLE MONTH in Turkey. Let me remind you, TURKEY IS NOT A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY.

All and all, please just take into consideration pricing in the actual value that gamers are MORE THAN WILLING TO pay. Do so and we can be able to recommend this wonderful game to our friends. I would say 50TRY is easily something everyone can pay. Just make a limited discount offer over a week and see what we are saying for the whole g time.
