Frontier,
I gotta say, having thirteen rides locked behind the deluxe edition/pre-order and potentially missing from the base game for some folks is A LOT. I bought the deluxe version of Planet Zoo and felt like that was a perfectly reasonable price tag/ amount of content.

I expect I will prooobably get this deluxe edition for PC2. But ooft. I think that's just far too much to take out of the base game.

If a DLC came along later that featured 10-13 rides, I'd give you a 20 minute standing ovation but for launch, no no.

Since they are calling it the Vintage Funfair pack, I'd say it will be available as a standalone purchase, so this is more like a DLC pass than excluding from the game. Otherwise I would tend to agree.

Yeah, it's deffo content I want in the game. I just feel a certain way about content that is ready to go day-one and not being in the base game, and being that sheer amount of it ya know?
If it was 4-5 rides I think I would find it more acceptable. But 13 in total potentially being kept from some players who can't afford the £55 price tag?! Big yikes.

Switch tracks and dont forget drop tracks! So kinda like Voltron where track will move either upwards or downwards I guess

Those elements are sick! Even a multi dimensional rotate/tilt element does that even exist in real life? Crazy how far you can take it.
Not sure about the darkness inside buildings, because what he is referring too is clearly placed underground, so it might just still only be terrain that blocks light
He commented that doubling up wall pieces achieves the effect too. He did a second deeper dive video about it

Sounds really cool, looks like this game is gonna be awesome. I only share some of his worries about the UI which seems mostly console orientated. I wish they improve it a little for PC players so we can have more control in angle snap and so on

Just remember what Frontier did with the Planet Zoo console edition pre-order bonus before you pre-order Planet Coaster 2.
