Steam Sale

Also, ED on sale? Does this mean the game is dying again?

Only in the existential sense that we're all "dying from the day we're born", perhaps. In that sense, it also reincarnates every week.

I'm quite sure there are minorities who've wished it had failed purely for "battle royale" purposes, however. Too bad, so sad.

You'll probably have problems. Recommend a separate email.

I probably won't bother then. I've already got 3 accounts and barely time to play any of them. If I really feel the need I can wait for the next Frontier sale

there is no problem in the number of accounts you have... as long as you have them with differnt emails for every one.. they can even use the same copy of the game in disk, all you have to do is use a diferent .Exe of the launcher for every account (rename the launcher for every account) and go trought the autentification process once for every exe.... it is simple

I just wish Frontier would allow us to have multiple commanders per account on the PC version, with account wide unlocks for the Guardians and Engineers (just like how other games handle it)

I won't buy another account as I really do not want to grind the Guardian technology/engineers all over again :-(

Hi CMDRS!

I see ED is on sale on Steam. How have people bought a second copy? A new steam login?

I did when ED was on a massive sale back in December. Picked up the Deluxe edition for $15.50 USD including tax around when the gold rush first started. Steam sales are the best times to buy PC copies of your games. Got Space Engineers for $15 and Stellaris for only $28. Will pickup X4 when it goes on sale perhaps later this year.

100% of my DLC library is through Steam to date. It's a real shame so many devs are giving in to Epic's bribery and making their new/future releases exclusives on the Epic store. Sadly, this appears to be karmic payback for Steam becoming complacent over the last decade. Failing to take care of business and most importantly their supply chain customers (i.e. their devs and publishers)
