Not sure if this is something already done to a degree, but transferring some PC builds to console, and telling us that's what it is, might be a good idea.
I'm thinking every so often you could grab maybe 10 randomish ones, get a vote done on the Twitter, Youtube, and/or Forums, then put in the top build. If any build gets 10% of the vote, it could be more likely to show up in a future vote.
Just putting some on the workshop as DLC is released is fine too.
