Steam Workshop

What do I do to begin using the Steam workshop, to create my own items to be used in Plante Coaster? I see so many wonderful items, textures, buildings, and scenery items that are not available in game play on Planet Coaster. Is there a website that I can go to for downloading, to use in my parks, as well as to use to create my own objects. I download a lot of items others have created, but I want to make my own creations too.

Everything you see in the Steam Workshop is made using the in-game tools, and objects. You can save buildings/groups of objects to the Workshop by creating Blueprints of them in game. Use the multi-select tool (found in the bottom right-hand side of the UI) to select everything you want, then save it as a Blueprint. You can then upload this to the Steam Workshop by going to the 'My Blueprints' tab at the bottom.

Welcome aboard!

To download anything (items, rides, or entire parks) from the Workshop:

1. In Steam / Library / Planet Coaster, hit the Browse Workshop button (below the list of achievements)
2. Find something you like
3. Subscribe to it

Now it's ready to use next time you play PC

To use a downloaded Workshop item or ride:

1. While playing PC and in one of your parks, click the My Blueprints tab at the bottom of the screen
2. If necessary, change it to Custom (lower left corner)
3. Find the downloaded blueprint
4. Click on it. It will now be hanging on your cursor in the game window. Drag it to where you want and click to place it.

To use a downloaded Workshop park:

1. From the PC main menu, go to My Parks
2. In the upper left corner, click the Downloaded tab
3. Find the park you want to play and click on it.

To upload your own rides or items to Workshop:

1. While playing PC and in one of your parks, click the My Blueprints tab at the bottom of the screen
2. Find the blueprint you want to upload
3. Mouse over that blueprint. A Steam icon will appear on it.
4. Click on that to upload to the Workshop

To upload your own parks to Workshop:

1. From the PC main menu go to My Parks
2. Mouse over the park you want to upload. An button will appear to upload to Workshop
3. Click on that button
