Stellar phenomena

It is the second time I get to a Notable Stellar Phenomena, and when I get there hoping to see my first lagrange cloud there is nothing, only the surrounding spiked space life forms.

But... Aren't they supposed to live only around Lagrange clouds?

First, you might have to look around more: some lifeforms like molluscs or anomalies are really quite tiny. Check for flickering signals on your radar. You have to fly quite close to resolve them to definite contacts.
Second, not all NSPs are in Lagrange clouds, they can also be located in rings around planets. (The Codex also lists asteroid belts as possibilites for many entries, but AFAIK no such phenomena have been found to date.)

I found one on DW2.

Edit: ok this isn't letting me attach an image. You'll have to do with the link below. I can't attach a file or embed an image for some reason. It keeps telling me "Something went wrong. Please contact the administrator."
Edit2: Finally!

That looks like an NSP in a ring around a gas giant, no? I meant NSPs found in asteroid belts, which are different. (See all those infamous clusters that show up on the FSS.)
