Sticky post of the more common suggestions

I suggest that there is a sticky thread in this subforum which lists (with links to) the more common suggestions. I have only been reading this forum regularly for the last week or so, but in that time I have seen the same suggestions made multiple times.

If there was a single thread which was kept up to date by a Mod and "sticky-ed" at the top there might be less duplication of posts...

This allow people to comment on the desirability of the suggestion and "debate" its worth in a single place.

This may have been suggested before - I did a search and only saw suggestions that there were too many stickys - I hope a single one in this sub forum wouldn't be considered too many! :)

You can make a catch-all post for "Death Penalty Mitigation Suggestions". Hopefully that would clear up the forum little bit.

Next in line I suppose is the "I Accidentally Shot The Police" thread.
