I was waiting 8 update, because I can't play with awful FPS near the planets ground, game is slowing when i "walking" and flying near ground... totaly i see slide-show (1fps-8fps). i can't enjoy content in this game with this horrible optimisation... what i need to do? i have powerful pc (video-radeon rx5700xt, cpu ryzen 7 2700x, 16 gb ram 3200hz, ssd wd black nvme. i playing at ultra graphic settings).

In others settlements I have problems like this but not for the tourist settlement
There was no problems before 5th update
I have no problems when flying in space or when i walking in hubs
