Still Waiting For Signed Print

Hi, getting slightly worried now, after receiving the Newsletter stating that we where drawing close to the end of the shop and therefore the last chance to get signed Concept Art Prints, so I splashed out and bought another.
Well it still hasnt arrived?
Should I be worried or is everyone else still in the same boat?

I think the prints are being sent out in batches as numbers reach a reasonable amount. I'm sure you haven't been forgotten

Frontier is now closed for the holidays. I am sure everything will be ok as they have just been very busy in the run up to Christmas with the Alpha in all, but what you could do is drop an email to the store itself. Once they are back I am sure they will contact you.

Same for me, no extra prints received yet.

I assume they will get around to it in time, and good to know I'm not the only one.

I would have thought all these things would be fulfilled come game release, with the box sets, t-shirts etc....

Which print did you choose? For example, I chose the signed ships ID chart; since most of the ships haven't been announced, I don't expect it any time soon

Well I had the chance to receive a gift from my Internet provider for my fidelity. So I chose a free photo print 30 * 40 on glossy paper of high quality. It was sufficient to send the photo in Jpeg format. So I sent the "Elite Combat". I am very happy with the result and soon, I will put under glass. I could not refuse this kind of gift

I'm waiting for a mug & Tshirt so contacted them about it, this is the reply i got on the 17th:

We will be finalising all remaining concept prints & mug/t-shirt combos soon and will inform everyone when they are ready to be dispatched, other physical items will be dispatched later next year. Sorry, we do not have a precise date for any of these yet.

so expect delivery soon

Ok we are drawing close to the end of Jan and there is still no sign of the signed poster that I ordered on the 20th of October!
That's like 4 months ago!?
Really getting concerned here.

Again your are not the only one. I am in same situation.

Albeit I did ask for a signed Ship ID Chart as one of my items, and possibly all the ships are not finished yet, so possibly that is delaying my whole order.

However, now I come to think of it, I'm not sure how to even check my order now with the new shop. So not convinced it has not been lost.

all purchases made via KS or the backers app are still listed in the backers app.

I suppose that FD should send all backers an update or email saying that all orders will be fulfilled by a week after the game is released and not to worry until then (some items have been already sent to a lucky few) . If you do not receive what you thi k you are entitled to by then, email us on....

If they did that, then they can sneakily send a few things out before the game is released and people will be very happy otherwise they would just wait patiently until it is released. Anyway some sort of communication would be beneficial to all.

After posting in this thread I thought that it may be a good idea to sent a PM to Frontier. I received a reply (in record breaking time too!) stating that all was well and that there was a slight hold up and that they should be "dispatched relatively soon"

Panic over.
