I've noticed that if you Are selected in the Stellar Screen shot
You get a free ASP Explorer Paint Job.
What if you don't have one?
How about having Cmdrs put their names and
the ship they would like for the Paint Job on.

If you get a free paint job, you get it... also if you get it on twitch, also on ships you don't have... you can use it later, if you buy that ship on a later date.
You can view and even buy paint jobs from the main menu for ships you don't have: Main menu -> Game Extras -> Vehicle Extras

Not every paint job FD gives away is available for every ship, so it would get complicated... also they are very generous with give aways imo...

I won 4 times ans couldn't give the forth to someone else. Still waiting for a forth PaintJob, but they don't have a forth

Relax. It's a suggestion in suggestions sub-forum.
OP made a proposal that people should be able to choose paintjob for specific ship.
Probably not going to happen.

Btw In my opinion those paintjobs are not worth the effort required to get them.
