I can also imagine any ID scrubber being a real time process to make sure that you aren't just throwing every container into the system and popping it out nice and clean immediately. A minute per container would be reasonable and would make the flight to your black market more exciting - the risk of someone else interdiction and getting their mitts on your freshly cleaned cargo would make that module investment worthless!

yeah true but you dont have to pay its cost in every country you pass with it or state, lets say you driving from frisco to new york, how many cars you would have bought.
its just something not right with that system and have to be changed.

its just the same with that 30sec you have if you did not understand that the landing permission failed and take it as accepted and fly in.. i just lost a sidewinder, but that is so redicolously bad solved..
30sec warning for a 1'000 credits fee, another minute warning for a 10'000 credits fee and another 2min to get shot. so you at least have the chance to turn your ship and get out again.

with 30 sec you dont even have the chance to panic, since you have no chance what so ever if you have a normal fly stile to turn around.
exact the same with second hand stolen goods, you get a fee in every system you get scanned with, it feels just not right.
