Stop building up the Pleiades please

Maia and the surrounding area used to have a special backwater charm when it was just Obsidian Orbital and Darnielles Progress. Now it's losing its charm with all the new bases popping up everywhere. It seems like every other week there is a CG in Maia. Unless this fits in with the alien storyline I request you stop building up the area.

Note: This is my personal opinion and others may disagree with me.

The game is supposedly an universe in constant motion. The two major superfactions are interested in the Pleiades region, and it's also where the mysterious alien stuff is happening. We are but one insignificant wheel in a great engine. It's the frontier space, and development will inevitably catch up with the area.

Unfortunately there is no way yet for us to simply go settle somewhere else. The best you could do is submit a CG to either oppose building up the Pleiades or to settle a new region.

The Pleiades: Nicely far enough away from the Bubble so that anything happening there would not affect the basic game, but close enough that any ship/player could reach it.


Hmmmm....that would be a good place to have anything hit the fan.

Once the poop hits the fan, and that's all done and dusted, they'll be a new Pleiades frontier somewhere.

I wouldn't worry.
Colonia is the new frontier anyway.


I'd much rather the poop hits the fan sooner rather than later. I've become quite bored waiting for something to happen. :p
