Someone have been preparing Blod that was owned by Aisling Duval up to the previous cycle. They are moving to another nearby system. For them to be able to do that we can't take Blod while they are moving. We will prepare Himardisc instead, which is a system that historically was prepared by us many times until we got outprepared by Aisling a few cycles back.
