Stop vendors from leaving their shops in sandbox

This new "management" "feature" is the most annoying thing. How do I stop vendors from leaving their shops? I have already edited my sandbox park and disabled energy in the staff section. I've also tried the checkbox in the options.

Still my vendors wander off. [mad]

Do they wander off or do they quit?

If staff management features are turned off this shouldn't happen.

Maybe a bug?

I find them in different booths later so I'm sure they wander off.

It happened in my park too. I just hired some more vendors and worked with it.

Not really a solution. It's bad enough you have to train staff manually in sandbox. I'm playing sandbox because I don't want to bother with stuff like this.

I don't understand why this is still a problem, sandbox should not require the training of staff they should all come full trained and they should never get tired or bored or unhappy
