I bought a Plainsman Diplomat Pack recently from the store, but it never showed up in game. Does anyone know the best way to contact Frontier about store problems, there doesn't seem to be an obvious way. I tried the ticket system, but there was no appropriate catagory for the store. Any clues (as I am without one) would be appreciated.
