There's so much here that needs improving, especially when compared to the old store.
- Sort order - by price (high and low) by popularity, by most recent, by oldest, by most downloaded (all time, not current trend like popularity would be)
- Colour - there's a number of colours not catered for, like the metallic colours. Also, primary and secondary colours
- Style - Why is there only one style? What is "Low Light Effect"? Is this the pulse paintjob? Why can you not see, for example, all the Predator paintjobs? or all the Vibrant paintjobs? Every style should be listed here.
- Comparisons - How does the paintjob on an Asp Explorer look compared to an Asp Scout? Or a Krait MkII compared to the Phantom? Maybe people would buy a paintjob based on which ship it looks better on.
- Pick and Mix - I've suggested this before, and I'll admit it was needed more on the old store with the packs, than it is on the new store where they are all sold indvidually. Allow customers to pick out, say any 6 paintjobs and get a % discount on the total cost.
- Gifting- Maybe not gifting ARX, although people are crying out for that, but why not allow us to gift paintjobs/kits/decals etc?
All these suggestions while taking some backend work on the website to put in, and is a task that should have been planned into the designing stage of the website, will have a long term benefit in increased sales.
