storm/damage buildings on command

its more of a cosmetic thing but if you could create a storm on command and send it on a building to make it broken and make the place look abandoned or something, regardless it would be better if you could either damage buildings, storm on command or set storm frequency since this type of thing has been bothering me for hours, I've been waiting 2 hours for a storm to destroy the pterandon enclosure and allow them to escape
