Strange Animal Sound heard. Does anyone know what it could've been?

Just heard a strange Sound a few Minutes ago and would like to know if someone knows what that could've been.
Heard in: Germany during Night.
Sounded like: a Cat during a Fight but it sounded way deeper than any Cat I've ever heard.
Sadly I've only heard it once so far and wasn't able to see anything

Edit: I'm going to sleep now because it seems like the Chances are extremely low since the Street Lights are on again. Also I don't think it could've been a Lynx because as far as I know they don't live in the Part of Germany where I'm living

Ok, just had a Thought going trough my Head when I just laid down again and I think my new Theory that it could've been a Raccoon, could be right.

I'm not completely sure because I've only heard it once approximately 40 Minutes ago but it's at least close to it.

Raccoons are pretty common where I live. They usually "travel" alone but if there are 2 they do sound like cats fighting. I've only heard that once in 20 years. They really like going through my garbag️e 🤷‍♀️

I didn't even know that they are living in the Part of Germany where I live. I've never seen one that wasn't in a Zoo. I think I'll keep the Window closed during Night for the next few Days or Weeks

Whoa so there are introduced/invasive raccoons in Germany!?

Yes. Pray for us, we are beeing overrun! And according to the scientific British newspaper the sun, Europe is next:

The fact that this isn't historically accurate didn't stop British tabloid newspaper The Sun from running an article in 2007 entitled " raccoons on warpath." The article warned that they "are just across the Channel from Britain after marching through France, Belgium, Holland and Denmark in a furry blitzkrieg" and that they "are invading new territory -- just like the Nazis did."

They are living in Europe since a very long Time. But they don't look like North American Raccoons. The Fur has a more dark brown Color (at least many of them have that Fur Color) because they are the Descendants of escaped Farm Raccoons
