Came across this USS--of a type I had never seen before--within 0.40Ls distance of a Capital Ship--presumably Imperial--parked close to the nearby star as I was on my way to PRE and TII Laboratories carrying a few data courier missions. Came across many wrecks before but never one like this...I'll let you draw your own conclusions or theories but it did creep me out.

Also, it's in a separate video recorded after the first one finished, but it TII Research Lab appears to be of interest of the Imperial Navy: There is a Majestic Interdictor parked above the facility along with an escort of a few Clippers and established a perimeter at about 25 km from the base. TII and its Federal Security Service patrols seem to go about their business as usual ignoring the threat.
