Strange marks on Nebula

Hi commanders,

From system Dumboi IS-H c11-981, I was observing the Nebula located around the system Dumboi KH-V E2-5105 and I saw these strange marks on the Nebula. Do you have any idea what it could be ?

Here's also a link to a short video : https://streamable.com/a40ez

I have seen reports of odd patterns and effects visible in certain nebulae on the forum before. A graphics glitch, rather than a message from the Nebula-Makers.

Yep it can be seen from other systems. The symbols remain the same but from a different point of view. Here's a shot from another system.

Well that ain't quite an explanation, just an example of another occurance. Post this in the Thread about Raxxla and they'll tell you it's the map to this place and go all madcap :D

On plain scientific ground, I wonder for what reasons a nebula would spread out leaving behind such a weird pattern. Or are those the trails left by the ships who hyperspaced through the nebula?

Looks like rendering artifacts to me.
In any case, it's a common planetary nebula model, so if you wanted to look for something special based on this only, you'd have quite some ground to cover. They are listed as P4 models on the Catalogue of Galactic Nebulae, but quite a lot of the entries are missing the models there yet.
