There are 2 messages, one taranis and one module update. Probably refers to this post in game:

Like, what is a Titan Heart and where do I find it and where is a good place to shoot?
Is there a minimum amount of damage you have to count on, to make sure you get registered? Would just one AXMC round count?
Does the progress ever reset? If I go now to another titan and damage it, will that be remembered forever until the titan gets taken down? What counts as a titan battle?
What is considered the cutoff moment, as the game is instanced? Can a player keep an instance of the titan active until the next server restart for a friend who is out of town, and would that count for progress?
After a relog now the messages are ok!
