Strange remote system

Can someone check this system for me PRAI PHIO LS-B D0

I was planning the next leg of rare trade run, while typing Belalans into the galaxy map, my DK2 froze, I expected the game to crash, instead the gal map zoomed all the way to the above system, it's 30,000 LY away and seems to have nothing surrounding it for thousands of LY's, it would be impossible to get there.

I'd like to know if my game is being buggy and actual star systems in that region exist and are not showing.

Nothing happens for me when I enter that system and press enter. Typing Belalans just goes straight to Belalans. Sounds like a strange glitch, but I'm not on a DK2 so maybe that affects it?

Edit: If I enter "PRAI PHIO LS-B" it takes me right there. I see the system, it's between a couple of spiral arms which probably accounts for lack of surrounding systems. Maybe the partial name search screwed up for you?

I managed to find this system ok - but it took a while for the focus to move over there! I noticed my fan speed seemed to shoot up a bit - so maybe its a cpu intensive thing causing your rig to crash?

Sorry I wasn't clear, my rig doesn't crash, it just froze and then took me to that system. I can now type Balalans now without any problems. My Query is about that random system it accidentally selected - PRAI PHIO LS-B D0 (last digit is a zero) It is completely remote and impossible to get to, can anyone see systems nearby or is it just me seeing nothing at all?

Thanks mate, I see absolutely nothing anywhere near the system, that's why I though it was strange. Kinda bizarre, I can go anywhere else in the gal map and see stars.

You won't see anything if your galaxy map isn't set to realistic.

There are quite a few systems that are significantly above or below the plane in sparse areas and impossible to reach with current game world tech..... perhaps in an expansion later....

Yeah i doubt we will ever be able to get there because you have literally sectors of void between the stars.
