Strange sounds in galaxy map?

Has anybody been hearing strange sounds when you leave the galaxy map open for a while? I wasn't really paying attention to it but after a few minutes I heard a really loud high pitched screech?? wondering if I am the only cmdr with this problem, as I may need to get this ship in for refit if not! :)

Yes, like hypertension after standing up. Usually after some data action.

Also, the sound department is creating hull creaking and footsteps- while the ship is parked in empty space.

Hull creaking could be to small rogue kind of asteroids that hit your hull from time to time, while the footsteps... aren't these ships suppose to be manned by multiple people? I see pleanty of cockpits with multiple seats. :p

It reminded me of some of the sounds from the unknown artifacts... it said in a news article that there are loads of them around now, im scared :(

My fridge produces noises that sound like footsteps at night, perhaps it's the coolant system.

Heh... a particular part of my body makes noises when I sit too long, move too much, or eat too much of the wrong food.... eherm... :p
