Stroller and wheelchair rentals? and backstage/breakroom area's

I'd like to suggest a new aspect to the game where people can rent strollers and wheelchairs with it's own shop and designated stroller parking area. it can add extra income but too many stroller traffic could affect the mood of other people in the park, like people can also complain about strollers running over peoples feet or something.

also break rooms for employee's in order to maintain their happiness working in the park.

I think it's rather likely that families/groups with babies or disabled people would bring their own strollers or wheelchairs. I don't think a rental system would be required.
