The POIs on passenger missions are all strangely named so I got into the habit of not really paying much attention to them, as in bothering to think about why the POI is called what it's called. Why would you. It's just a point in spacetime, right?
Enter stage left: Strong G
I didn't find out until I got there that the place the passenger wanted to see was on the surface of a 9.9G world. My first high-G planetfall as well. Aside from a dented body kit everything was okay.
A ship with weaker engines might not have done quite so well on this mission and the pilot would have been none-the-wiser until s/he arrived - and it was several thousand LYs distant.
These passenger missions need to be a little bit clearer about the potential dangers.
