Struggling with Quest 2 and Link

Hey guys,

I bought a Quest2 a few months ago and was quite pleased with the way it worked with Elite (SteamVR). Some real life things came up which means I've been playing in Pancake as and when but thought I'd give the Quest2 a go today and I'm running into problems that I don't seem to be able to solve. I'm using an Occulus Link cable and communication between the PC and headset appears to be working fine. I launch SteamVR from the dashboard in the headset it works and presents the SteamVR home as expected. I then click to launch Elite Dangerous and the headset just seems to hang saying "up next, Elite Dangerous" while on the desktop - elite is quite happily running and if I move the headset around, it moves the view. It's like the Occulus software is not pushing the view through to the headset. I'm at a total loss and would be grateful if anyone has any ideas to help me get this sorted.

Cheers

Not entirely sure itll help . But I had all sorts of problems until I noticed a windows defender popup asking to allow the program .

Also in Steam, go to the settings, select "In-Game" and make sure to untick "Use Desktop Game Theatre when launching desktop games while Steam VR is active".
