LostWinds stuck after bell.

I finished repairing the bell and now I'm back at the snowpeople village and I cant continue. Its in the upper lefthand of the map and I need to somehow get past the room where you previously fought a bunch of glob pools. I think I need to make it summer but cant find any bear idols around. What do I need to do?

nevemind I figured it out. Now I'm alot farther and have an awesome cyclone ability. Heading back to the snow people now. (green spot on map)

Just downloaded the game in North America and loving it so far! But I'm stuck at the same place and I, unfortunately, cannot figure out what to do next. I looked for Sonté shrines in the area but can't find one. Any clues as to what I should do next?
