Ship Builds & Load Outs Stuck after buying military bulkheads

So I found military bulkheads for my new Vulture, bought them, and now cannot jump out of the system (Barnard's Star).
I tried to exchange them by buying back alloy bulkheads, but now nowhere in the system has Vulture bulkheads.
What are my options here? Spend the rest of the game in the same system, or abandon the new Vulture?

Figured it out: transfer another ship, fly somewhere else, then transfer the Vulture.
