Stuck after Fleet carrier trip

So! My first ever fleet carrier trip, I decided to jump off a little way through it and do some exploration while making my way back to the bubble.

It turns out I'm nowhere near another system to jump to and before I lose my engineered explorer, I thought I would see whether there was anyone else with a fleet carrier that would be prepared to pick me up from HP 100447 please? I feel so stupid! Haha!

also - why are you stuck? HIP 100447 does not look like a system hard to get to - from?
are you missing a fuelscoop? in that case - call the fuelrats.
was it your FC or another commanders FC?

can you confirm your system? HP 100447 does not exist.
HIP 100447 should have a lot of systems in range.
are you in HD 100447?

If you've got the credits to buy it back, just self destruct and appear back on the carrier with your engineered ship. You'll only lose exploration data.
