Stuck at 30FPS with Vive :(

I have been having issues with my Vive over the last week. It gets stuck at 30FPS. No matter what I try, as soon as the vehicle bay appears the frame rate drops to 30FPS. Previously I have been getting a pretty steady 90FPS ony dropping only slightly when I am in rings.

I am running a GTX 1080 with the 372.54 drivers on windows 10

Rolled back graphics driver and still tanked Elite is the only game it is doing it with, so has to be somewhere in that direction

Figured it out. The target multiplier had been set to 2 and my computer doesn't like it (even though I have the 1080) ahh well back to 90FPS
