Stuck at chief petty officer almost a week.

I've been grinding before and after work doing BB missions trying to get past chief petty officer with no luck, anyone make it to any of the higher ranks after the last update?

Just hit Warrant Officer 15 secs ago.

Got my naval progression rank the exact instant I hit allied with a new sub faction. Just gotta do one more and will finally get Ensign.
